Terms and Conditions

  1. All rented items must be returned on or before the agreed date of 27 days after the delivery date.

  2. All rented items must be returned in the same condition as when received by the customer, and with no missing parts or items.

  3. Sunny Garden will seek reimbursement for items that are damaged, lost, or destroyed.

  4. Failure to abide by the conditions set forth above may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the customer’s subscription.

  5. If at any point a subscription is cancelled you are agreeing to return all items in their original condition on the next available pick up date.

  6. Sunny Garden also reserves the right to pursue collection procedures when it is deemed necessary by Sunny
    Garden.

  7. These terms and conditions are in full force and effect during any subscription for Bloom Boxes, notwithstanding any incidental waiver of the above terms by Sunny Garden on any particular occasion.

  8. If at any point any member of your household experiences the following symptoms, you will notify Sunny Garden immediately so that we can enact the “We Wish You Well Clause”

    • Fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, rash or patches of blue skin on the toes.

  9. We Wish You Well Clause: If anyone in your household experiences the symptoms above we will pause payment on your subscription for the duration of any illness. During this time any Bloom Box toys will remain in your possession, and we will not pick up or exchange for new items. Once all members of the household have been symptom free for 7 days we will resume your regular Bloom Box subscription.

  10. Price changes to subscription tiers will change the price for future subscribers only, current subscriptions will continue with the original price at the time the subscription began.

  11. If you would like to change your plan, any changes made will cause the price to be updated to the price tier that is current at the time the plan changes.

  12. Bloom Box is only available as a local service in the Chico, CA area.
